Paul Saladino is the leading authority on the science and application of the carnivore diet. He is board-certified in psychiatry and completed his residency at the University of Washington. He attended medical school at the University of Arizona where he worked with Dr. Andrew Weil focusing on integrative medicine and nutritional biochemistry. His new incredible book called the "Carnivore Code” just came out last month and has been climbing towards a best seller— it may already be by the time this comes out. Paul is a lot of fun, he’s super charismatic, full of energy and passionate about living what he calls, “a radical life” through movement, spending time in nature & cultivating mindfulness.
