This week’s guest is one of my most favorite experts + innovators in health + fitness leading Sal Di Stefano.
Sal is a co-host to the world’s top fitness podcast MInd Pump (with over 60 million downloads)- also one of my FAVORITE podcasts.
Sal's passion and personal story behind creating Mind Pump with his teammates Doug, Adam, and Justin, comes from the desire to shift the direction of the fitness industry from an aesthetic insecurity-base to a self-love and self-care health industry. He knew this could be accomplished with education through entertainment which is what Mind Pump is- it’s what I call INFOTAINMENT- I can’t even tell you how much I crack up BTS while watching their episodes- It’s so much fun!
Sal is DEEP, he is a very introspective + curious individual these traits have led him to become the WEALTH of knowledge that he is, in all things related to wellness + really, human potential.
One of one the MANY the things I LOVED talking about in this episode with Sal is this fact that when we feel good on a personal level when we take care of good ourselves and maintain our health...we show up as our best selves and operate from our highest potential.

He graciously agreed and actually listened to my first 2 episodes and gave me valuable feedback that I took to heart.
That moment of reaching out to him was HUGE for me and his response truly helped me push the hesitation I was feeling out the way- 2 months later I launched BlackBeltBeauty Radio and 3 years later, I am about to hit play on this INCREDIBLE episode with SAL on the show.
