I love Spring.
It’s all about refreshing life + new beginnings.
It’s also the 3rd month into the year and I work in 3 month sprints throughout the year, taking a break at the end of each sprint to evaluate progress made towards the goals that were made at the start of each sprint + how things FEEL in all the major pillars of life:
Self: health/fitness/interconnection goals
Relationships: partners + friendships
I utilize this technique from a NON-judgemental approach to learn + to measure where I am in relation to where I want to be via my ideals, goals + set visions within all of these major pillars.
It’s very supportive to give you more clarity which furthers your ability to be more effective with your performance on the pursuit to actualize your goals/visions within each of these Life Pillars.
AND it’s a very valuable tool to assess the dominating emotional state that you’ve been living from throughout your process which is just as important as achieving/accomplishing your goals.
Personally, I rely on this technique + utilize it 4 times through the year to continue making inner + external advancements. because IT WORKS.
I believe that TRUE wealth + success in life means we are nourishing, investing, fortifying and expanding in BOTH intrinsic via the intangibles + extrinsic via the tangibles. In other words:
